You'll need:
- Tikoy (any flavor)
- sugar
- lumpia wrapper
- water
- oil
- Cut the tikoy (i used the pandan variant) to your desired size. Set aside.
- Peel off the lumpia wrapper one by one, be careful though, it can tear easily. Cut the wrapper depending on the size of your tikoy.
- Wrap it up and seal the tip with a dub of water.
- Sprinkle with a little sugar (i used brown sugar) and deep fry.
- You can serve it with vanilla ice cream, a sprinkle of confectioner's sugar or a drizzle of condensed milk. I had none of those, so I just served it in style *wink*.
looks colorful and yum!
