Turones de Tikoy

I made this a few weeks ago and it caused me a perfect skin, hahaha, as if. My wrist suffered a number of slanted scars due to oil splatters, it's not that visible anymore but a sort of reminder of that fateful day still remains. Hahaha, ang arte ko.

You'll need:
  • Tikoy (any flavor)
  • sugar
  • lumpia wrapper
  • water
  • oil
You just have to:
  • Cut the tikoy (i used the pandan variant) to your desired size. Set aside.
  • Peel off the lumpia wrapper one by one, be careful though, it can tear easily. Cut the wrapper depending on the size of your tikoy.
  • Wrap it up and seal the tip with a dub of water.
  • Sprinkle with a little sugar (i used brown sugar) and deep fry.
  • You can serve it with vanilla ice cream, a sprinkle of confectioner's sugar or a drizzle of condensed milk. I had none of those, so I just served it in style *wink*.
Easy, easy, easy!
