Happy Na, Birthday Pa!

Another month equates to another birthday celebrant which then means another opportunity to celebrate and to eat more than we should *grins*.

June is the birth month of our national hero, who is the reason why Kuya Josel was named Joselito, if you still haven't put two and two together, he was born a day before Dr. Jose Rizal, and if I remember correctly, a few hours is all the difference, hehe.

I may not had the privilege of knowing Rizal but, at least, I had the opportunity to meet, know, work and be close with his namesake.  Belated happy birthday kuya!  May all your wishes come true and please, please stay as sweet and as levelheaded as you are.  Sana until the end, hindi ka kainin ng sistema, sasamahan kita, hehe!  Love you kuya!

Nanay and Tatay's Day Again!

Another March celebration?  Not really!  It was just sweldo (salary) day and as it was still, officially, Nanay and Tatay's birth month, bro and I decided to have a joint celebration of their birthday, in an effort to shroud and justify our need to eat Crispy Pata on a Monday night, hurhur!

Keyk Serye: Cupcakes (Little Rob's Cake Haus)

Little Rob's Cake Haus is one of Navotas' little foodie treasure, they specialized in cupcakes, as in you can drop by their shop and eat to your hearts desire (as long as you have the money to spend *lol*) as you'll be welcomed by an array of cupcake flavors and variants.  They also do personalized cakes and mini cakes, but as the term personalized denotes, you have to place your order a few days prior to whatever event you're celebrating and needing that cake for *grins*.  At present, they also serve milk and fruit teas, sandwiches, fries and nachos, among other stuff ( I don't really know as I didn't read the whole counter menu, I'm lazy like that, hurhur!).

Double Celebration

Itsy bitsy (you know, there's small and simple and others but what we do is sort of  smaller than small and simpler than simple so, itsy bitsy is a way better term, I think *grins*) birthday celebrations at the office, it's not really about good food but more of good company.

Ressy's __ birthday was celebrated last January 17 though her exact natal day was a day later, we don't work on weekends, most of the time, hehe.
