Haha, I didn't turn into a preaching food blogger all of a sudden, I just thought the passage sooo accurately applies *smiles*.

| Beef Bulalo |
Mader, as we fondly call her, celebrates her birthday today, September 8, but she already treated us to lunch last Friday. It wasn't grand and expensive but it was festive and memorable.
She prepared Beef Bulalo (which I am sooo in love at the moment) with chili toyomansi for dipping, steaming white rice, bananas, softdrinks and Halo-Halo-flavored ice cream.

Mader didn't have to spend a dime to feed us, but she did. It's called love *smiles*.
